Dedication is his middle name. Quietly pushing forward to new heights in intensity. Neil over the years has inspired more people than most.
These photos and the video were taken when Neil went up against the best natural bodybuilders in Stans Gym over 20 years ago.
Neil won Mr Stans Gym bodybuilding competition two years running and he also has won Mr Stans Gym power lifting competition twice as well. Neil is an electrician a father and a husband and studies martial arts. Neil is one of the politest men that I have ever known. Neil is currently one of the very strongest men that Stans Gym has ever known. If you see him in the gym then he is always happy to give advice.
